An enquiry is not a booking
Website content and tools help prepare a shipment enquiry. A calculator result, downloaded summary or messaging link does not reserve capacity, accept cargo or confirm a price. Confirm the actual service and responsible provider in writing before sending goods.
Cargo information and acceptance
Provide accurate descriptions, quantities, values, outer dimensions, weights and recipient details. Declare batteries, liquids, powders, fragile or unusual goods before dispatch. Ask which documents, packaging and acceptance checks apply to your actual cargo.
Quotation scope and changes
Review the origin, main transport, destination handling, clearance, taxes, delivery, storage and optional services separately. Confirm currency, validity, payment instructions and exclusions. A change in cargo, measurements, routing or readiness may require a revised quotation.
Warehouse and supplier instructions
Obtain current receiving instructions and a reference before instructing a supplier to deliver. Agree the receiving, inspection, repacking, storage and dispatch scope. A visual check is not automatically a product quality inspection or a certification test.
Schedules and shipment updates
Distinguish planned departure and arrival from actual events. Availability, documentation, cargo readiness, clearance and delivery arrangements can affect the plan. Request the latest available carrier or shipment reference; the website does not generate live carrier events.
Protection and exceptions
Cargo insurance requests, carrier liability and any claim are separate matters to confirm with the responsible parties. Insurance is not issued by generating an enquiry. For loss, damage or a discrepancy, keep references, photos, packaging and relevant documents, and contact the team promptly for the applicable process and time limits.
