Waiting and extra stops
Ask when waiting charges begin and whether extra suppliers, failed collections or appointment changes incur additional charges.
Equipment and special delivery
Price tail-lift, lifting, difficult access and inside delivery separately when required; list these in the agreed scope.
Vehicle availability, waiting, special access and unloading are quoted after location review.
